A FORCE OF NATURE

2026 SENIORS

  • Nick Brewer

    Nick,

From the moment you walked through our doors, this day always felt so far away, and yet somehow here we are celebrating your final season. You came in as this sweet, eager-eyed boy who loved hip hop, and over the years we’ve had the privilege of watching you discover so much more.

Nick, you are one of the kindest people we know. You are a true gentleman, always supporting your friends, always offering a shoulder when someone needs one, and somehow always managing to be the loudest person cheering from the audience.

The truth is, it would be nearly impossible to find someone in this studio who doesn’t absolutely adore you. Your sweet personality, your silly banter, and the joy you bring into every room have made such an impact on our dance family. We will miss the laughter, the conversations, and the energy you bring simply by being yourself.

What makes you so special is that you have always been unapologetically and authentically Nick. That confidence in who you are is a quality far beyond your years, and it’s one of the reasons people are drawn to you.

As you head off to the Coast Guard and begin this exciting new chapter, know that your dance family is incredibly proud of you. Love your dearly.

    Congratulations, Nick!

  • Jasmine Chennar

    Jasmine,

It’s hard to remember a time before you were part of our dance family. You joined us in middle school as the sweetest kid, and while we knew right away that you were special, we definitely didn’t realize you would grow into the funniest person in the room and somehow keep the entire faculty on their toes at ALL times.

Through the years, you have become so much more than an incredible dancer. You are kind, determined, endlessly hardworking, and a natural leader. You have a performance quality that is impossible to ignore.

Going halfway has never been in your toolbox. You are 100% all the time, and that dedication pushes your teammates to rise alongside you. Whether it’s in the studio, on stage, or just making everyone laugh between classes, you have a way of making every space brighter. And of course, you will forever be "Mother"!

We are so proud of the dancer, leader, and person you have become. We will miss your humor, your larger-than-life presence, your endless energy, and the way you could make an entire room laugh in seconds. The studio will not be the same without you. As you begin this exciting next chapter at Rutgers University, know that your dance family will be cheering you on every step of the way. We love you.

    Congratulations, Jasmine!

  • Maggie Curley

    Maggie,

It’s tough to believe that the little girl who first came to try class all those years ago is now graduating. I still remember that first day in Season 1. You were so sweet and so shy, peeking through the window and watching from the outside. But by the next week, you were in the room, and it feels like you’ve been living at the studio ever since.

Over the years, we have had the privilege of watching you grow into not only a beautiful dancer, but an incredible technician whose dedication and work ethic inspire everyone around you. You push your teammates to be better, strive for excellence in everything you do, and lead by example. More importantly, you have become a wonderful friend, role model, and leader to so many.

We are so proud of the person you have become. We will miss your laughter filling the studio, the endless crazy turn sections, and simply seeing you every day. Your presence has been such a special part of our dance family, and the studio won’t be quite the same without you.

As you begin this exciting new chapter at Fairfield, know that we will be cheering you on every step of the way. No matter where life takes you, you will always have a home here and a dance family that loves you so much.

    Congratulations, Maggie!

  • Matthew Hume

    Matthew,

So, what you're trying to tell us is that we're supposed to continue on with future seasons without you? How exactly is that supposed to work?

It’s hard to imagine what the studio will be like without your presence. Over the years, you have become such an important part of our dance family, a great teammate, a constant cheerleader, and such a hard worker. If your younger self could see the dancer you are today, we know he would be absolutely amazed. You’ve come a long way from mastering the dab and the moonwalk, and watching your growth has been one of our greatest joys.

Matthew, your kindness, humor, and genuine spirit make you someone everyone loves being around. We will miss your banter, your laugh, and the countless times you managed to hide somewhere in the studio just to jump out and scare us. Most of all, we will miss the joy you bring simply by being yourself.

There is something special that happens when you dance. We get to see a side of you that truly comes alive—a side that radiates happiness and brings that same feeling to everyone watching. Your genuine smile, your commitment, and the heart you bring to every performance have made a lasting impact on this studio and everyone in it.

As you head off to Wentworth and begin this exciting next chapter,We are so proud of the person you have become and hope you always stay dancing. Love you very much.

    Congratulations, Matthew!

  • Sophia O'Toole

    Sophia,

How is it possible that the little girl who joined us in Season 2 is now preparing to graduate. Somehow, the years have flown by, and now it’s your turn to take the next big step toward your dreams. The last O’Toole is about to graduate. We cannot believe it!

From the very beginning, you have been a powerful and captivating performer. There has always been something special about the way you command a stage. It comes as no surprise to us that being on stage is something you hope to continue for years to come. You have all the qualities of a true performer, a triple threat in every sense of the word. Between your talents in dance, singing, and acting, there is no doubt that you are destined for great things.

Your sweet and kind heart is one of the many things that makes you so special. Your positivity, talent, and genuine kindness shine through at all times. The sweet smile you carry radiates in everything you do.

We are so thankful for all the years we have shared with you and for the memories we have made together. Watching you grow into the talented young woman you are today has been an honor, and we are incredibly proud of all that you have accomplished. Watching you grow from a “sassy sister” into the strong, powerful young woman you are today has been such a privilege

As you head off to Emerson College to study Musical Theatre. We cannot wait to see where your talent, and passion will take you. There is so much ahead! We love you.

    Congratulations, Sophia!

  • Alta Randall

    Alta,

It feels like just a blink ago you first joined us in middle school, and now somehow we’ve reached the moment of celebrating your graduation and all that comes next.

From the beginning, you’ve been such a fun and vibrant spirit in the studio, always ready for a deep conversation, always keeping Connie on her toes, and always, without question being your authentic self. You work hard, you love to dance, and you bring a presence that is entirely your own.

One of our favorite memories will always be your first big goal here: getting your split. We will never forget the day it happened and the huge grin on your face when you finally did it. You were so proud of yourself, and we were right there celebrating with you. It was such a sweet moment just had to put it on our Instagram story because your joy was just that contagious.

These years have truly “slipped through our fingers,” and it’s hard to imagine the studio without your stories, your laughter, and your banter with Ricky about jacket choices in class.

Those everyday moments are what we’ll miss most along with watching you light up the stage when you’re dancing. You bring a smile to everyone who watches you!

As you head off to Northeastern this fall, know that your dance family will be cheering you on every step of the way. We can’t wait to see all that you do next. So much love.

    Congratulations, Alta!

  • Sasha Smetkov

    Sasha,

It feels like just yesterday you walked into the studio as this shy, sweet girl, and now we are watching you leave as a confident, beautiful young woman.

Over the years, we have had the privilege of watching you blossom, not only as a dancer, but as a person. Your technical abilities have grown tremendously, and your artistry has deepened in such a powerful way. Yet from the very beginning, you’ve carried a performance quality that is truly special, one that draws us in and allows us to see something honest and genuine.

There is something about the way you dance that feels intimate and real, as if you are letting us glimpse into your soul. You don’t need to be the loudest in the room; your quiet confidence speaks volumes and leaves a lasting impression every time you perform or are at the studio.

We will miss that presence so much, the calm, steady energy you bring into the studio and the way you lead simply by being yourself. Saturdays at 8:30AM will never be the same. Cadence and Connie will be “in mourning” during the first week of next season come that hour.

As you head off to Elon University, know that your dance family is incredibly proud of you and all that you have become. We cannot wait to see where your talent, dedication, and heart take you next. Love you.

    Congratulations, Sasha!

  • Julia VanOsdol

    Julia,

How are you graduating? It feels like just yesterday you walked into the studio for the first time, and now here we are writing this as you head into your final performances with us.

From the very beginning, you have been such a bright presence in our studio. You always come in with a hug and a smile that instantly warms the room, and you have a way of making everyone feel seen and welcomed. That part of you has never changed, even as you’ve grown so much as a dancer and as a person.

Over the years, we’ve had the joy of watching you develop into such a strong and expressive performer. You are both sassy and dynamic on stage, yet also deeply emotional when the moment calls for it. We hope you enjoy lighting up the stage one final time this weekend. You’ve also become a beautiful leader, one who is always ready to bring the group together as one.

More than anything, we will always cherish the laughter we’ve shared with you. The inside jokes, the hugs, the everyday studio moments that turned into memories we’ll carry with us for a lifetime. You have always had a way of making the studio feel lighter, happier, and full of life just by being in it.

As you head off to UConn, we are beyond proud of the dancer and young woman you’ve become. We will miss your smile, your energy, and your heart more than words can say, but we are so excited for everything ahead of you. We love you Juj!

    Congratulations, Julia.
